During fashion week, The Fairchild Media Group is opening The Fairchild Museum, a two day pop up featuring the Fairchild Archive. The Fairchild Museum will be located at AG Studios at 52 Walker Street. The collection will showcase historical fashion and beauty moments which were captured by The Fairchild Media Group’s photographers. It’ll be open to the public Sept. 9 and 10 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.


Richemont sold 50.7% of YOOX Net-a-Porter to Farfetch and Symphony Global. This will allow Richemont to de-consolidate the loss-making YNAP and because of this agreement we’ll see Richemont adopt Farfetch’s technology, which will help advance Richemont digital strategy.

Ralph Lauren is holding its first west coast show for Spring 2023 at the Huntington Museum and Gardens outside Los Angeles.


Inflation has been effecting retailers negatively. Victoria Secret revealed quarterly earnings and have more than $1.08 billion in excess inventory, failing to meet wall streets expectations. Urban Outfitters profits fall by nearly $68 million.
